We STRIVE to no longer just survive
Research.Design.Access is a nonprofit 501c3 public benefit corporation founded 2017 in Whittier, California.
The purpose of Research.Design.Access is to research, design and implement effective educational strategies in order to provide access to higher education and career pathway opportunities for individuals and their communities in need.
Our projects and programs provide services for individuals within our RDA Mentee Cohort as well as develop curriculum, professional development and workshops, as requested by outside educational institutions and other organizations.
Our Goal

In order to increase social- economic mobility & quality of life for the disenfranchised, RDA's goal is to Increase awareness & deliver quality services that give groups and individuals greater ACCESS to vital opportunities, such as panels, events, workshops, trainings and mentorship that increases their career readiness skills & greater access to career pathways.
