Through direct service & mentorship, RDA's

1st Generation Cohort Mentees increase their awareness about higher education & career opportunities.

Through cohort activities and projects, participants increase soft skills, moral, and values; while creating a community to share resources and assist one another with personal, economic and social growth. 

​

Through sociological and economical development, participants are more likely to be identified as qualified employment applicants and/or achieve  higher education goals.
